Return & Refund Policy

At Flair Feminine, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ Unworn or unused
✔ In the original packaging
✔ With tags attached
✔ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at contact@flairfemnine.com if:

🔸 You received the wrong product

We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

❌ Personalized or custom-made items
❌ Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To get a different item, the fastest method is to:
1️⃣ Return the item you have
2️⃣ Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

The returned item must meet the same conditions as mentioned above:
✔ Unworn or unused
✔ In the original packaging
✔ With tags attached
✔ Receipt or proof of purchase included

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status.
